Why Work at Solis?

Solis is built on a foundation of professional and personal support. Our goal is to allow talented acupuncturists to flourish in a successful practice setting. We shoulder the burden of running a business so that our medical professionals can focus on what they do best.

There’s always room for advancement and career growth at Solis – regardless of age or experience. In the coming years, we even plan to open more locations throughout the Bay Area, expanding our reach and opportunities for advancement.

Acupuncturists provide an essential medical service and should be paid accordingly. Solis proudly offers competitive salaries and commissions to all Bay Area team members. Unlike many other offices, we compensate acupuncturists hourly – regardless of the number of patients treated.

Our original founders are acupuncturists themselves. The Solis practice isn’t run by a team of business minds with no experience, but rather by medical professionals who truly understand the industry. We know exactly what it takes to provide safe, high-quality patient care and staff support.

Our Team Values

Exemplary Patient Care

Patients are always the top priority. We specialize in chronic pain management – especially for people who have not found relief in other medications, surgeries, or treatments. Our mission is to normalize acupuncture and free our patients from ongoing discomfort.

Team Collaboration

Our large, cooperative staff is one of our biggest assets. We have a team member to help with every aspect of patient care, from marketing and advertising to daily administrative tasks. If you’re on the Solis team, you’ll always have someone in your corner to share the load.

Working With Healthcare Providers

Solis is directly contracted with Kaiser Permanente. We frequently work with other doctors and specialists to provide a holistic approach to pain management. When medications or surgeries don’t suffice, we step in to find alternative routes to patient care.

Transparency and Accountability

At Solis Acupuncture, we don’t believe in excessive bureaucratic oversight. Instead, we facilitate a culture rooted in honesty, transparency, and accountability. Everyone has the chance to take pride and responsibility in this practice.
