Dr. Jessica has been practicing acupuncture in a variety of settings for the last 15 years. She has done extensive training with orthopedic acupuncture, trigger point, dry needling, and neuropuncture/acupuncture neurology. She works with Public Health to help combat the opioid epidemic. She specializes in Behavioral Health Imbalances and Substance Use Disorders. Dr. Jessica is a Certified National Acupuncture Detox Specialist and works in two residential recovery houses in Santa Cruz, helping people who are detoxifying from substance use disorders.

Dr. Jessica is a Santa Cruz local, the mother of two wonderful boys, and married to a local middle school teacher. She is currently enthralled with pine needle basketry, archery, and trying to paddle board with her dog. Prior to her career as an acupuncturist, she was a truck driver.
