Sarah Popp

L.Ac., MTCM

Sarah is a licensed acupuncturist with a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University. She also completed an additional two year post graduate program in Classical Five Element Acupuncture and participated in the first Integrative Medicine Residency at Highland Hospital in Oakland.

Sarah specializes in sports medicine and pain management of acute and chronic conditions. She is passionate about supporting patients to live more vibrantly, enjoy more mobility with less pain and feel connected to their own vitality!  Sarah is an expert at treating the following conditions- knee pain, low back pain and sciatica, neck pain, headaches, and plantar fasciitis.

Sarah is an avid trail runner, rock climber and mountain biker.   She has a personal daily practice of being on a trail in nature, moving her body in some way.  She also loves making beaded earrings.  Sarah is also in a traditional Moroccan music band which has a cultural collaboration aspect, that has allowed her opportunities to tour and study in Morocco.
